Revisions Policy

We also offer revisions depending on the kit you want. Customers will be able to order an unlimited range of free revisions, and we will be able to revise their specifications at no additional expense as long as the design and principle remain the same. The turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours.

Money-back guarantee / refund policy

Any funds deposited for a project are not refundable until completion unless the initial design plans are accepted or a revision is requested until Sunrise AgencyTM cancels or terminates the Contract for a reason other than the violation or non-performance.

Both refund requests must be fulfilled in the following manner:

  • When the original design ideas are seen, you make a suggestion. However, whether you approve or order changes to the original plans, the refund agreement is null and void, and no refund claims can be accepted.
  • If you request a refund before the initial concept plans are delivered, you will be liable for a complete refund (less than 10 percent service & processing fee).
  • If you request a refund within 48 hours, you will be entitled to a 66% refund (less than 10 percent service & processing fee).
  • If you request a refund within 48 and 120 hours of the initial design launch, you will be entitled to a 33% refund (less than 10 percent service & processing fee).
  • Any questions on refunds should be referred to the support staff. Sunrise Development Agency reserves the right to grant or reject the request on an individual case-by-case basis based on a violation of the user agreement.
  • The refund policy will be the same for Sunrise’s custom packages as it is for single packages.
  • A valid reason for seeking a refund must be qualified against the design brief and customer feedback for revisions. A refund will not be given if a design is not built according to the brief; however, further changes will be made before complete fulfillment is reached.
  • The money-back-guarantee is subject to the order being placed in good faith. We do not consider it good faith when a customer places design orders with several design firms for the same job to request a refund. In this case, we reserve the right to deny a refund request.

How to Get a Refund

Please note that you meet the following requirements for your refund request to be approved.

  • Request your refund by contacting us using one of the three methods mentioned below:

  • We will use our revision policy to try to resolve the problem as soon as possible, or we will contact you with a refund request acceptance from our refund department. Following the refund, Sunrise Agency will receive the design rights, and you will be unable to display any variants of the firm's submitted design. Let us be consistent on this as well.
  • Since the design rights have now been transferred to the company, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product, or media, nor any ownership interest in or to the same.
  • Sunrise Agency would share Copyright Acquisition information with the refunded designs with the Government Copyright Agencies, which will limit the re-use of the designs as original designs. My account

Chatting is simple in the My Account section. You are entirely responsible for searching the account area for any inquiries, complaints, or additional instructions from the designer. If you do not browse or use the Account Area daily, you will not be liable for a refund. You can contact the customer service team at any time if you have any concerns about how to use the location.

Quality assurance

To provide you with the desired fulfillment throughout, our designers do not deviate from the specifications you provide in the order form. The designs are created after rigorous research to ensure the design's consistency and uniqueness.

Domain and hosting

Domain and hosting will be included free of charge for website packages where applicable. Many of the email addresses used with website subscriptions are compatible with third-party email clients such as Outlook. 10MB of disc space will be assigned to each email address. If you do not host your website with us, we will not have email addresses. Refunds are not available for hosting, website, or email server packages.

Policy on service

On the date specified on the "Service Confirmation," all concept order files are sent to My Account. In addition, an e-mail is sent to the customer telling them that their design confirmation has been sent to their specific account site. The date and time the design order is sent to the client's account position determine both the modification and refund policies. All idea order files are sent to "My Account" on the date specified on the "Order Confirmation." Upkeep of Records

Once we have provided you with the final files, we keep a record of your finished design. If you need the final files again, we will give them to you at your request.

We have 24-hour customer service to answer your questions and concerns. You can email us at any time, and we will reply as soon as possible.

Communication

You agree that Sunrise Agency is not liable for all messages received from email addresses other than those preceded by our domain, i.e. "..@sunrisedevelopmentagency.com" or/and any toll-free number not mentioned on our website. Sunrise Agency accepts no responsibility for any damage(s) caused by such communications. We accept liability only for communication via email addresses under our domain name or/and toll-free numbers listed on the Sunrise Agency website.

Information

You may be allowed to provide registry documents or other paperwork to use Sunrise Agency facilities. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that the information you provide is correct, up to date, and complete. If Sunrise Agency believes the information you provided is erroneous, out of date, or incomplete, it retains the right to refuse you access to any programs or facilities, as well as to cancel or suspend your account, at any moment. Sunrise Agency is a PCI DSS-compliant company.

Authentic services

At Sunrise Agency, we guarantee that all of our customers' logos are produced from scratch. As a result, you will have branding that is uniquely customized to your requirements. We guarantee that your logo will be one-of-a-kind and will delight your customers.

Restrictions

The Company will help the Client integrate third-party plugins and APIs, but any third-party integration used to help with website functionality will be STRICTLY standard. The Company will have no relationships with third parties throughout this project's growth. Any new job will necessitate a new fee structure.
